Property and Cancellation Policies


Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to 1:00 pm on day of arrival. In case of no-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours before 1:00 pm check in time, you will be charged in full for your first night's stay and the rest of your booking will be cancelled. 
Standard Booking Price



Terms and Conditions


Price of room plus 5% state sales tax and 7% city sales tax.
 
Price per adult: Adult 15 years and older, 2nd, 3rd and 4th adult $5 each. Children 14 and under are free. anything after will be charged another night stay.

We have handicap accessible rooms and will try to accommodate anyway we can, just ask.

We have a big lot for truck parking.

We have 10% discount for military.
For any other discounts call us and ask, please.

Pets are allowed with a $25 pet fee.

Cash payments when checking in will require a $200 cash deposit or a credit card authorization fee or your drivers license. The cash deposit or drivers license will be returned to you after the room has been checked when you checkout. The credit card deposit will be voided after room has been checked.  Credit Card payments be authorized at check in and will be collected when you check out. 

Late checkout is 12:00 noon. Checking out after 12:00 pm a $10 fee per hour will be charged. Anything after 4:00 pm will be charged another night stay.
